You can even view the inventory of a part at all six of BTI’s locations. Leave special instruction for the parts department, like leaving it in a particular parts drop-off box or leaving it outside for pickup. Once you have the parts you need- you simply checkout with a credit card or send it straight to your BTI Multi-Use account. Skip the Parts Counter line and pick your parts up quick!

Can’t remember where you put that last invoice? Not a problem with the BTI Portal. You have access to all of your past invoices. It is easy as one click to download an invoice as a PDF to find the information you need.

  1. Visit www.btiequip.com
  2. Click the BTI Portal logo in the upper right hand corner
  3. Click "LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT" and fill out the information
  4. Receive an email from the customer portal
  5. A BTI representative will verify the information, and approve access within 1 business day. (A hired hand or bookkeeper can sign up for limited access to your account.  A BTI representative will call you to confirm what type of access you would allow for this person before access will be enabled.  The necessary forms will be sent to you to verify their access.  It will be your responsibility to let us know if access for them ever needs deleted.)
