We’re proud to introduce Ryan Jack, our new Machine Monitoring Specialist.
Ryan brings more than 25 years of experience as a John Deere Service Technician, and he’s now dedicated to helping BTI customers troubleshoot machine issues quickly and efficiently. With Ryan on board, customers have a direct line to knowledgeable support when questions come up in the field and more importantly the reassurance that we have someone on our team monitoring your equipment to be proactive in keeping you running!
