Honoring Our Legacy, Embracing Our Future For more than 80 years, BTI has been built on a simple foundation: serving our customers, supporting our communities, and treating people the right way. That foundation was established in 1944 when my great-grandfather, Ralph Estes, co-founded Bucklin Tractor and Implement. Since then, each generation of our family has been entrusted with carrying that commitment forward. My grandfather, Maynard Estes, continued that legacy as company president, and later my dad, Kelly Estes, helped guide BTI through decades of growth and change while serving as CEO beginning in 1987. I am honored to announce a new chapter in BTI's history as I assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding my dad. For nearly four decades, Dad's leadership has helped shape BTI into the organization it is today. Under his guidance, BTI expanded its reach, strengthened its partnerships, and remained committed to the values that have defined us for generations. His dedication to our employees, customers, and communities has left a lasting impact that will continue to influence BTI for years to come. I’m honored to follow in his footsteps. While leadership titles may change, our commitment to you does not. My dad will continue serving as President and Chairman of the Board, and I am grateful for his continued counsel and support as we move forward together.

I am also fortunate to work alongside an exceptional leadership team, including Mike Estes and Letty Bachelor, whose experience and dedication have been instrumental in BTI's success. Together, we remain focused on providing the equipment, technology, service, and support our customers depend on every day. As someone who grew up in this business, I understand that BTI's success has never been about any one person. It has always been about the relationships we've built, with our customers, our employees, our partners, and our communities. Those relationships are the reason BTI has endured for generations, and they will continue to guide every decision we make. As agriculture continues to evolve, so will we. We will continue investing in our people, embracing innovation, and finding new ways to help our customers succeed. At the same time, we will remain grounded in the values that have defined BTI since 1944: integrity, hard work, and a commitment to serving others. On behalf of my family and everyone at BTI, thank you for the trust and support you have shown us throughout the years. It is a privilege to continue this legacy, and I look forward to serving you for many years to come. Sincerely, Jeremie Estes, BTI Chief Executive Officer
