As of Monday, May 11th, all BTI location's are open and ready to serve our customers to the best of our ability. We have continued with increased cleaning procedures at all high-touch areas. BTI continues to offer curbside delivery, parts drop off box delivery, and is happy to set parts outside the store for you. However you feel safest doing business with BTI, we are happy to accommodate. 

Continue to use the BTI Portal for online parts orders and for the ability to see online parts schematics. BTI continues to focus on our customer and employees health, while servicing you best during planting season. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Happy Planting!

Dear Valued BTI Customer,

BTI has been fortunate not to have had an instance of COVID-19 in our stores. To further protect both employees and customers, BTI is temporarily closing its showrooms, effective Friday, April 3, 2020, until further notice.


We are implementing new ways of doing business that will help us support you during your busy time:

  • We encourage the use of the BTI Portal for online Parts orders and are extending 2% off all parts orders when they are ordered through the BTI Portal with a BTI Portal account
  • BTI will be waiving all after hours parts and service fees
  • Our Sales team is happy to meet with you by appointment only, please


This is all in addition to what we have previously implemented:

  • When you arrive at BTI, feel free to call the store number and our Parts team will deliver your order to your vehicle
  • As always, delivery to our BTI drop boxes throughout the BTI country will be available. See a full list of parts drop box locations online
  • If you have questions for Parts, Sales, Service, or Ag Solutions, we encourage calling via telephone instead of coming into the store
  • The BTI Ag Solutions team is available for your call and questions at the AMS Call Center at 855-284-4267
  • Our sales team is available by telephone, text, and FaceTime. If you need to contact a Sales Representative, please see our full staff's contact information online


Since BTI has been designated an essential business, all our stores will remain open and ready to do business as safely as we possibly can. BTI is committed to serving our customer to the best of our abilities while taking the measures to do it safely. BTI makes this tough decision so that we can ensure we will remain open during the times that matter most for your farm.

There is nothing we value more than the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. With the Coronavirus taking its toll on our country, we want to take responsibility and implement policies and solutions that can help stop the spread of this disease. With that said, we know your operations can't stop running. BTI is committed to serving our customers in the best possible way for parts, sales, service and ag solutions.
