After 34 years at BTI, Dale McFall definitely has been through it all. Dale started working at BTI as a Service Manager in Bucklin in 1985. After a battle with pneumonia he missed upwards of 6 weeks of work. It was after that experience that Dale realized that BTI was more than just an employer, they truly were a shoulder to lean on during tough times. BTI worked with Dale to get him back working in the shop at the time. Then in 1996, Dale took another position with BTI as Service Manager of the Greensburg location in 1996. Dale soon was reminded again of how much he could count on his company after the 2007 tornado that destroyed most of the town at the time.

After the tornado, Dale transitioned to a Corporate Training and Service role. Through this role he helped transtion BTI's Service Departments to a work code and quotation process in the shop. Dale has been pivotal in managing many Service Department initiatives across the BTI organization. One of Dale's most memorable experiences was when he traveled to Winnipeg, Canada to visit a John Deere dealer up there to learn more about their job code process and how we could better our processes.

When asked what BTI meant to him throughout his career, Dales said, "BTI is the most supportive employer I ever worked for. BTI recognized the sacrifices I made to provide for my family and they acknowledge that. BTI is also a key part of the community, so if you are a BTI employee, that community commitment translates to your own life."

Dale is looking forward to retirement for many reasons. While he still plan to come into the store for the occasional cup of coffee, he mostly plans to spend time with grandchildren and get to know them better. He is very excited to attend various school activities and sports! He is also excited to get back to a few hobbies that used to keep him busy: tinkering with old Ford tractors and wood furniture restoration.
