Our staff at BTI Pratt is devoted to providing top-notch service alongside superior products. Since buying the store in July 2007, BTI has nearly doubled the staff size in Pratt. That includes six new service technicians to assist our customers.
We also opened our brand new Pratt dealership in March 2011. This 50,000 square foot facility has added more employees and taken our service level above and beyond. With two-story offices and parts storage, a large showroom, and more acres for equipment display, BTI Pratt is well-equipped to serve our valuable customers.
